What a glorious weather it is! 😎 🌞
I’m loving this warmth and quiet. I just moved to my garden catching the afternoon sun and finishing off this week’s work.
I had a great Skype call with a new client who signed up for my coaching. It was so lovely to see my client’s face to relax and her body to settle.
There is an unmistakable shift within a person when they experience an inner relief and connect with their inner wisdom, their body wisdom.
And the insights of what they need to do always follow shortly after.
That inner knowing about what we need to do, how we need to deal with a situation or a person, how we need to look after ourselves and self-nourish.
So I encourage you today to check in with yourself – is there something you are trying to ignore?
Maybe a need to:
> rest more
> slow down
> have more fun and joy
> follow your passion
> say it as it is
> say no to somebody
> say yes to something
Well…
So if there is something – then act on your inner wisdom!
Life waits for no one ☝️
