Today my Body Wisdom is very clear – need more time in quiet to connect deeper, to re-focus, to self-nourish. And so I’m listening to that wisdom.

Hope you’re all are having a restful and fun morning.
I feel a need for going inward this morning. My practice this morning was focused on letting go and bringing more balance within my whole being – Body, mind, emotions and soul.
I love Sunday mornings as they are my rest days. And so I’m settling down to do some journalling before I do some breakfast. It holumi, eggs and mushrooms and tomatoes for us 😊🙏
I feel very grateful to have this time for myself. It hasn’t always been this way. Over the past few years I’ve made a lot of little changes to create more ease in my life.
